Beach House is ideal for larger families, a small group of friends,
families, extended families, or a family with an au pair.
It is ideal for seven adults – with private facilities.
Additional Accommodation There is an extra
single bed and double sleeper couch which can accommodate a
further three guests in shared accommodation.
Servicing Our house keeper will service Beach
House each Friday. This includes general cleaning, window washing
and a bedding change. Please let us know if this is convenient
for you. He will service the garden each Tuesday morning and
remove any refuse for collection.
Bedding We service the bedding each Friday,
however if you would require a more regular change this is available
at the fee of having a special daily service. Please inform
the house keeper and he will make the necessary arrangements.
Towels We provide two bath towels per guest
per week. Please note that bath towels are not permitted on
the beach.
Laundry There is a Laundromat in Kommetjie
if you need to have your personal items washed.
If you opt for the serviced self catering option our house keeper
will wash and iron your laundry for you. We do not offer a self
service washing facility at Beach House.
Security The house is monitored by Scarborough
Security service which is only a minute away. The area is well
known as a crime free and safe village, however we have installed
an alarm and radio-link panic alert as a proactive measure.
