There is certainly no shortage of views from the large living area with its entire glass frontage. The uninterrupted views across the Atlantic coastline are breathtaking. A five-panel door can be folded away to extend the spacious open plan area out onto a large teak deck. This is the place to watch the world go by and laze in the African sun.

The interior of the living area is finished with earth colour walls and bamboo blinds and is equipped with a sound system, television, satellite television and a DVD player.

There is an extendable solid oak dining room table, which can seat up to ten people. Dimmers control all the lighting.

A modern open plan, stainless steal and granite surfaced kitchen extends off the main living area. Equipped with a large gas hob and electric oven, it also has a microwave, dishwasher and the usual appliances. The kitchen is equipped to cater for up to ten people and opens up onto the teak deck with views of the Atlantic.
