CRYSTALS ON PINCUSHION is owned by Simon Finch and his son Jack, and managed by long time friends, Juliette and Steven de Combes.

The original house, which is close to 40 years old, still exists under the new cladding. The extensions were carefully designed to maintain the flow and harmony of the property and the roof was designed to resemble waves. The lay of the land has not changed nor been altered, but rather cultivated, accentuated and revealed. The simplicity of the house amidst the powerful surroundings is what makes it so utterly charming – light, airy and uncomplicated.

Simon is a collector of rare books and has bookshops in Majorca, Norfolk and London. He also owns “Voewood” in Norfolk - a 25-roomed Arts and Crafts mansion within a grade 1 listed garden. Interior decorator, Annabel Gray has brought together the interesting, unusual, and eclectic items with style and elegance. Voewood can be hired for yoga retreats, weddings and special events and has a grade one listed garden.

Simon asks that you respect your surroundings and keep outside lights to a minimum so that we can all enjoy the starry night sky.
